01 · About these terms
These terms govern your use of fwglobal.ae — our pages, insights, calculators and the regulatory tools described in section 03. The site is operated by FW Global Consulting LLC, a limited-liability company registered in Dubai, UAE (“FW Global”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
02 · General information, not advice
Everything on this site — articles, summaries, calculators, checkers, maps and visualisations — is general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, it does not take your circumstances into account, and using the site does not create an adviser–client relationship with FW Global.
Before you act on anything you read here, verify it against the official source and take advice from a qualified professional. If you would like our advice, we provide it under a signed engagement letter.
03 · The regulatory tools
The UAE Regulatory Universe — the UAE Regulatory Map, the regulatory city views and the Galaxy view — and the Regulatory Library are unofficial convenience tools compiled by FW Global from public sources, including the Federal Tax Authority, the Ministry of Finance and the UAE Official Gazette.
- Unofficial. They are not official sources. The issuing authorities and the UAE Official Gazette (where the Arabic text prevails) remain the sources of record.
- AI-assisted. Plain-English titles, summaries and the links drawn between documents are produced with the help of AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
- Verify before relying. Each document links to its official source — always check it, and take professional advice, before relying on any content.
- Acceptance. Before you can use the Regulatory Map, city views or Galaxy view you are asked to accept a disclaimer to this effect. Your acceptance is remembered with one first-party cookie for 12 months (see our Cookie notice); if we change the disclaimer materially, we will ask you again.
- Changes. We may update, correct, add or withdraw content, or suspend the tools, at any time and without notice.
04 · No warranty
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty or representation — express or implied — that the content is accurate, complete or current, that it is fit for any particular purpose, or that the site will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
05 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FW Global Consulting LLC and its partners, directors, employees, agents and representatives accept no liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and any tax, penalty or fine assessed — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, this site or any of its tools or content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
06 · Intellectual property and credits
The site’s design, code, visualisations and original text are owned by FW Global. Official legislation, decisions and guides remain the property of their issuing authorities and are linked, not reproduced as official texts. Third-party data is credited where it is used — for example map data from Natural Earth, the Etihad Rail line © OpenStreetMap contributors, and weather from Open-Meteo.
07 · Acceptable use
Please do not present the regulatory tools or their content as official or as advice from FW Global, scrape or bulk-download the site in a way that burdens it, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
08 · Links to other sites
We link to official sources and other third-party sites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
09 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10 · Changes to these terms
We will post changes here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
